Terms of service for factory visit and business negotiation services

Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of factory visit and business negotiation services
provided by Parveze.com (“I”, “me”, “my”, or “Service Provider”). By booking or using my services,
you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before engaging my services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms,
please do not proceed with booking or using my services.

Service Description & Scope

Services Provided

I provide comprehensive factory visit and business negotiation services in China, including:

  • Transportation services (car, fuel, tolls, parking)
  • Factory tours and facility inspections
  • Business negotiation support and cultural mediation
  • Multilingual translation and interpretation (English, Chinese, Bengali, Hindi)
  • Supplier verification and due diligence assistance
  • 24/7 availability during contracted service periods
  • Travel coordination up to 500km per day

Service Limitations

The following are explicitly excluded from my services:

  • Legal advice or contract drafting (I am not a licensed attorney)
  • Financial guarantees or investment recommendations
  • Hotel accommodation costs for out-of-city visits
  • Business meals and entertainment expenses
  • Import/export documentation and customs clearance
  • Product quality guarantees or warranty obligations

Booking & Payment Terms

💰 Pricing Structure

  • Daily Rate: $399 USD per day
  • All-Inclusive: Transportation, services, availability
  • Additional Costs: Hotels (out-of-city), meals
  • Currency: USD or equivalent

📅 Booking Requirements

  • Advance Notice: 1-2 weeks recommended
  • Confirmation: Written agreement required
  • Deposit: 50% upfront payment
  • Balance: Due upon service completion

Payment Methods & Terms

I accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (preferred for larger amounts)
  • PayPal (subject to processing fees)
  • Cash payment (for local clients)
  • Other methods by prior arrangement

⚠️ Payment Terms: The 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable
within 48 hours of the scheduled service date unless cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control.

All payments must be made in the agreed currency. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs
are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, the Client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete information about visit requirements, factory contacts, and specific objectives

🎯 Clear Objectives

Clearly communicate business objectives, negotiation parameters, and decision-making authority

⏰ Punctuality

Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments and maintain agreed-upon schedules

🤝 Professional Conduct

Maintain professional behavior during factory visits and business negotiations

📱 Communication

Maintain open communication and promptly inform of any changes or concerns

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service quality and could result in additional charges
or service limitations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeline

More than 7 days before service:
Full refund of deposit
3-7 days before service:
50% refund of deposit
Less than 48 hours:
No refund

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

Full refunds may be provided regardless of timing in cases of:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or travel bans
  • Serious illness or medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Factory closures or unavailability beyond client control
  • Service provider illness or inability to perform services

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation. Processing time for approved
refunds is typically 5-10 business days.

Liability & Insurance

⚠️ Important Liability Notice

My services are provided on a “best efforts” basis. While I strive to deliver professional, high-quality services,
I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, successful negotiations, or particular results from factory visits.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the following extent:

  • Maximum Liability: Limited to the total amount paid for services
  • Direct Damages Only: No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Business Outcomes: No responsibility for failed negotiations or business relationships
  • Third-Party Actions: Not liable for actions of factories, suppliers, or other third parties
  • Force Majeure: No liability for events beyond reasonable control

Insurance & Risk Management

🚗 Transportation Coverage

Vehicle insurance and basic liability coverage included during transportation

🏥 Client Responsibility

Clients should maintain their own travel and health insurance coverage

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage and
business interruption protection, before traveling to China.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

I understand the sensitive nature of business information and commit to maintaining strict confidentiality:

All business information, trade secrets, and proprietary data will be kept strictly confidential

🤐 Non-Disclosure

No disclosure of client information to competitors, suppliers, or unauthorized third parties

📁 Secure Storage

All documents and records stored securely with appropriate access controls

⏰ Duration

Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely beyond service completion

This confidentiality commitment is mutual – I also expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding
my business methods, supplier contacts, and proprietary processes.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, I am committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently:

Resolution Process

  1. Direct Communication: Initial attempt to resolve through direct discussion
  2. Written Documentation: Formal written complaint and response process
  3. Mediation: Third-party mediation if direct resolution fails
  4. Arbitration: Binding arbitration as final resort

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided (China),
with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

Language: All dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed.

Modifications & Updates

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary to reflect changes in services,
legal requirements, or business practices:

  • Updates will be posted on my website with a revised “Last updated” date
  • Existing clients will be notified of significant changes via email or WhatsApp
  • Changes take effect 30 days after notification unless otherwise specified
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

For services already booked, the Terms in effect at the time of booking will apply unless both parties
agree to updated terms in writing.
